About Villa Hollywood

Villa Hollywood is a luxury waterfront estate in Hollywood, Florida — a private rental home with a heated pool, private dock, outdoor kitchen, and 200 feet of canal frontage, positioned perfectly between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. This website is the official home of the property, built to give guests a clear, beautiful, and honest preview of what their stay will feel like before they ever arrive.

We created this site for travelers who want more than a hotel room. Our guests are families celebrating reunions, couples planning anniversaries, friends gathering for a long weekend, and remote professionals who want a private base on the water. Whether you are looking for a quiet escape, a sun-drenched pool day, a sunset boat ride from your own dock, or easy access to South Florida's best beaches, restaurants, and airports, Villa Hollywood is designed to be your home away from home.

The property is hosted by Meir at L&L Real Estate, a Superhost with a 5.0 rating and decades of South Florida hospitality experience. Every detail of the villa — from the linens and the lighting to the lounge chairs by the pool — is personally curated to make sure each guest is comfortable, safe, and impressed. We also maintain a regularly updated travel blog with local guides, seasonal tips, and recommendations so you can plan the perfect South Florida trip.
